Method included

None. That is the course.

Licence

One person, your own work product

2 of these 5 have a free counterpart published on this site, linked further down so you can take it. What the paid version adds is set out beside each one.

For the audit you already know how to run.

For a consultant who already runs AI-search visibility work and writes every proposal, scope and report from scratch or from a rank-tracking template that does not fit.

It is not an introduction to the work. If you do not yet have a method for producing a finding, this pack gives you professional paperwork and nothing to put in it.

The job it does

Send a client the commercial paperwork for one engagement, in language that survives a procurement reader, without promising an engine or business outcome.

What is in the kit.

Each one is listed with what it does and, more usefully, what it makes you write down. A template that does not force a decision is just a layout.

Client proposal

client-proposal.docx

Word

The commercial offer: the decision in scope, how evidence is produced, the work plan, what is included, what is excluded, and the fee.

It makes you write the commercial boundary down. The engagement promises records, findings, a report and a roadmap, and the paragraph saying so is already in the document rather than left to you to remember.

Statement of work

statement-of-work.docx

Word

The operational half of the same agreement: the declared scope table, the deliverables, the schedule, who owes what, and how a change of scope is handled.

Every deliverable carries its own acceptance check, so finished means something you both agreed in writing rather than something argued about at the end.

Client report deck

client-report-deck.pptx

PowerPoint

The twelve-slide decision report: the finding, the method, the interpretation rule, eligibility, baseline, sources, the ninety-day plan and the approval slide.

It arrives as a completed fictional engagement rather than an empty shell, so you can see the standard filled in. The fictional client is named on the title and decision slides, and the start-here tells you what to strip before a real client sees it.

KPI and ninety-day sheet

kpi-and-90-day-plan.xlsx

Excel

Four sheets: the KPI dictionary, the ninety-day action plan, the scope and fee builder, and a one-row client summary.

Every metric carries a column saying what it is not evidence of, and every action carries an owner, a dependency, a due date, a success check and a risk. A plan without an owner does not fit in the sheet.

Client email scripts

client-emails.docx

Word

Six messages for the moments a missing sentence costs a week: scope confirmation, protocol approval, an observation that could not be completed, report delivery, the owners and dates note, and the reply to a request for guarantees.

The last one answers "can you guarantee we will get cited" with a straight no and a description of what you do control, which is the conversation most consultants improvise badly.

  • A start-here that gives the fill order, because the documents share values and filling them out of order means retyping
  • The licence in plain words, one page

Read it before you buy.

Passages quoted from the files in the pack, not rewritten for this page. This is the standard the whole set is written to.

The engagement promises the agreed audit records, findings, report, and roadmap. It does not promise a platform decision or business result.

Commercial boundary

Client proposal, in this pack

Evidence at one layer does not prove the next. A page that is crawlable may never be retrieved; a mention may not be a recommendation; a citation may not produce a click.

Interpretation rule

Client proposal, in this pack

Unknown: not evidenced in the available scope; it remains open rather than being converted into a claim.

Evidence and interpretation rules

Statement of work, in this pack

This template is operational drafting material, not legal advice.

The honest boundary

What this pack is not.

  • The audit method
  • A finished audit
  • Permission to pass the files on
  • Citations, rankings or new clients

What you get instead: the five client-facing documents for an audit you already know how to run, editable, with the boundary language already written in.

The paperwork is the part the client actually reads. It should not be the part you improvise the night before.

Where this sits.

Two products, one subject. The difference is what you already know.

This pack

$59

The paperwork for an audit you already know how to run. One person, your own work product.

AI Search Visibility Audit System

$249

The method: the four-layer model, the observation protocol and the eighteen-sheet evidence workbook. It already includes the proposal, statement of work and report deck with the same firm-name slots. If you own the course, this pack adds the six client email scripts and the KPI and ninety-day plan as a standalone four-tab workbook.

See the course

One named person may use these templates for their own work, including paid client work, on as many engagements as they like. Fill them in and send the finished document to your client. The licence covers the work you produce, not the files themselves, so passing the blank templates on, or a second person using them, is not included here. No offer we sell today adds either of those rights over any file in this pack, and that is true of every document in it, the client email scripts and the KPI and ninety-day sheet included. The full wording is on the terms page.

Questions, answered.

  • Does this teach me how to run the audit?

No. It is the paperwork only. The method, the observation protocol and the evidence instruments are the AI Search Visibility Audit System, which is a separate purchase. This pack assumes you already produce findings you can stand behind.

  • I already own the course. Is there anything new here?

Less than you might think, and you should know that before you buy. The course toolkit already contains the proposal, the statement of work and the report deck with the same firm-name slots. What this pack adds for you is the six client email scripts and the KPI and ninety-day plan cut down to a standalone four-tab workbook. If those two additions and a separate client handover download are not worth the price to you, you already have the other documents.

  • Two of these are free on this site. What am I paying for?

The report and proposal structures are published free as Markdown, and they are linked on this page so you can take them. The pack adds the statement of work, the KPI and ninety-day sheet, the six email scripts, Word and PowerPoint formatting, and a set whose parts use the same fields, so a figure means the same thing in every document.

  • Can I put my own brand on them?

Yes, and you have to. Every client-facing file ships with a placeholder where a firm name goes, in the body, the footers and the document properties, because a document with another firm name in the footer is not one you can send.

  • Can I give the templates to a client or a colleague?

No. You may send the finished document you wrote. You may not pass on the blank templates, and a second person at your firm is not covered. No offer we sell today licenses either of those over any file in this pack. If you need a second seat, or you need to hand a client the blank documents, write to us before you buy.

  • Will these fit my method?

They are written around the four-layer audit shape the system teaches, so the statement of work names deliverables in that shape. Every field is yours to change. If your method is structured very differently you will be rewriting more than you fill in.

  • What is in the report deck when I open it?

A completed fictional engagement, so you can see a finished document rather than guess at the standard. Harbor and Pine Advisory does not exist and every figure in it is invented. The start-here tells you what to strip before a real client sees it.

Stop rewriting the proposal.
